Position: Electrician
Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
Conduct electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
Respond to service calls to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all relevant safety codes and regulations.
Ensure installations and repairs meet the required standards and regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other trades and departments to ensure seamless project coordination.
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
Complete job reports and documentation as required.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
Represent Bau Group in a positive and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proven experience as an electrician in a construction or maintenance setting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
Certifications:
Possession of relevant electrical certifications and licenses.
Completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship program.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Problem-Solving:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job.
Adaptability:
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties in various environments and conditions.
